Major responsibilities, include, but are not limited to:
• Coaching appropriate synchronized swimming skills to the recreational level program;
• Develop realistic, measureable goals and objectives in conjunction with Head Coach;
• Prepare and execute practice plans, choreograph routine;
• Adhering to MSSA policies and procedures;
• Other related duties as assigned.

• No previous coaching experience is required;
• National Lifeguard Society Certification desirable;
• Desire to learn and willing to take Synchro Swim Ontario – Swim Synchro Instructor course;
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills;
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as able to work collaboratively as a team player;
• Professional demeanour in working with athletes;
• Standard First Aid, CPR C, AED certifications preferred.
